FAQ

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone > tap your name > Subscriptions > FolioHair > Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for the FolioHair purchase.

Is my client data private?

Yes. Client data is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable cloud sync, it's encrypted and only accessible by you.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. FolioHair works fully offline. Cloud sync is optional and happens in the background when you're connected.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Open FolioHair > Settings > Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID.
