1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FolioHair (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FolioHair is a portfolio and client management app designed for hairstylists and salon professionals. It allows you to store photos, manage client information, track income, and showcase your work.

3. Account & Data

You are responsible for all data you enter into the App, including client information, photos, and financial records. You represent that you have the right to store and use any client data and photos you upload.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any client data stored in the App.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • FolioHair offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (“FolioHair Pro”) available as monthly or yearly plans.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App to store or transmit malicious code.
  • Share your subscription access with others.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the property of FolioHair and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create and upload.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FolioHair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App.

9. Data Loss

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend enabling cloud sync for backup purposes.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
